Browsing

This website package includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard access and security logs.

AI assistant

If you choose to use AI chat, your question and the recent messages in this chat are sent to OpenAI through the website’s server. Do not include private, medical, financial or children’s personal information. AI answers can be wrong.

Storage and safeguards

The chat interface keeps conversation history in memory for the current page only. Clear chat or reload the page to remove it. The application does not save chat transcripts; it stores short-lived hashed rate-limit counters. The API requests response storage to be disabled; provider retention policies still apply.

Contact

The contact feature opens your own email application once a contact address has been configured. Messages then pass through your email provider. The committee must confirm its wider privacy policy and contact process before public launch.

Donation checkout

If you choose to donate when payments are enabled, you will leave this website for Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes the payment and payment details; the association may receive donation and contact records for administration. This site does not receive card numbers. Stripe privacy information. Approved guide answers and email drafts

Common guide questions are answered in your browser using approved website text, without an AI request. Other questions are sent to OpenAI only if AI is enabled. The contact form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not send a message or save the form contents to this website’s server. Email is sent only when you choose to send it in your email app.
