How applications work

1. Request the form approved by the management committee.
2. Complete a written application signed by you, one member who proposes you and another who seconds you.
3. Confirm the applicable fee and submit the application as instructed by the committee.
4. The committee considers the application and the secretary gives written notice of its decision.

Before the committee considers an application, the supplied rules require applicants to be told whether the association has public liability insurance and, if so, the amount. Ask the committee for the current position.

Membership classes and fees

The supplied rules list ordinary, founder, financial and honorary members. Fees are decided by members at a general meeting; payment timing and method are decided by the management committee. No current fee or additional eligibility condition is asserted here.

Participation and member information

Members can ask the secretary about meetings, nominations, voting eligibility and access to meeting minutes. Following a social account, attending an event, volunteering or making a donation does not itself grant membership.
